when i look back my complete year i feel a inconclusive year passed By.

Wipro Joining and training ,bench study(a typical IT Buzz word)...
Bench:- Its the term used for the employee who are not deployed(another buzz) to the project.
so it was my joining on 27th Feb 2012.

After that i thought it will be cool Life in Wipro ,I was wrong.
after joining here i got to know that i have to pass their training and in stress i Did that as wee.
i studied Indian Polity while enjoying Bench life and visited home as well.
So now it was 14th August 2012 i got the project and started Getting "kicks".
Here Wipro Has Got a Tool so Called "UCF(unified competency framework) to mold Wiproite Especially Freshers Like me.
Now It has Made this tool very tougher and kept the passing 75%.
.next will be in Next Fiscal Term.
